As part of our strategic planning, we have introduced a Parents’ Forum to be held 2-3 times per year, where parents are consulted on their child’s education, informed of national/local educational issues and develop a greater dialogue with us.
This initiative is to enhance communication between school and home, and ensure that our important partnership is being developed, as we consider the link between parents and school is vital in helping students reach their potential.
The Forum will last a maximum of two hours. Parents will have the opportunity to develop the strategic direction of the school with the leadership team and Governors by listening, questioning and developing ideas with the Principal, Vice Principal and staff.
There will be items that the school arranges on the agenda, but similarly parents are encouraged to set items they wish to be included. Meetings will be held in the Achievement Centre and refreshments will be served. We look forward to you joining us at these engaging sessions!
