Bushcraft 2017

11th July 2017

On Sunday 9th July to Tuesday 11th July 52 intrepid explorers and three members of staff from Manor Croft took part in the third annual Bushcraft Experience.  They spent three days surviving in the woods at Cholmondely Castle in Cheshire learning bush and camp craft skills.  Students were taught by experienced Bushcraft professionals how to make shelters, light safe fires, make animal traps and provide first aid in a mock disaster situation.  The trip was a resounding success again and even the weather stayed pleasant! A new song or two was also learnt along the way.  Well done to all!
