History Trip to the Holocaust Centre

Year 11 History students made their annual trip to the Holocaust Centre located within the University of Huddersfield campus. During their visit, students had the opportunity to go explore the exhibition dedicated to Holocaust survivors who settled in West Yorkshire after the war. All students took part in an insightful session about Nazi Propaganda to support them with their exam. The highlight of the trip was our amazing talk from Holocaust survivor Leisel Carter who was smuggled out of Nazi Germany at just 4 years old. Our Manor Croft students were absolutely fantastic and enjoyed the opportunity to explore another University.
