World Mental Health Day

We proudly recognised World Mental Health Day by taking time to reflect on the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing and supporting one another.
This year, our students took part in a simple yet powerful activity, creating a “You Matter” poster filled with kind and positive messages. Each message represented a word of encouragement, a thoughtful compliment, or an uplifting idea that could brighten someone’s day.

The display quickly became a wall of positivity, reminding everyone who passed by that small acts of kindness can have a big impact. Whether it was a few heartfelt words or a cheerful doodle, every contribution showed the strength of our caring school community.
At Manor Croft, we believe that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Days like this help us to pause, reflect, and remind each other that it’s okay to talk, to ask for help, and to look after ourselves and those around us.
