Drop Down Day 2 Year 10 OCR Sport Science

As part of their studies around the principles of training the Year 10 OCR Sport students headed to a local cross-fit gym to participate in a practical session, led by expert instructors. Upon arrival, students were given an overview of the different types of training methods before being put through their paces. The students thrived off the latest gym equipment and really pushed themselves in a strength based session and conditioning session.
