Manor Croft Academy are excited to announce that their new reading initiative has been rolled out today! Reading underpins absolutely everything that we do and at Manor Croft we place it at the forefront of all subjects. Our students will embark on a heartbreaking journey with our main character Sami who has had his life turned upside down and has to leave his X-Box, friends and school behind. We’re extremely excited for our students to learn about the truth of refugees and to broaden their opinions about topics that are happening right now. Boy, Everywhere by A.M Dassu will be read aloud to students in Y7-9 on a weekly basis.
