In the Summer Term Mr McMahon and the Prefects Team organised the annual Charity Day to raise money for the Children’s Air Ambulance. The Children’s Air Ambulance is based in the county at Doncaster Airport.
Students in Years 7 to 10 had to compete in a series of challenges whilst under fire from staff and prefects who were armed in with super soakers.
The challenges included crawling under nets, jumping through tyres, egg and spoon and the large inflatables challenge.
As well as the “Tough Manor” assault course, Year 7 were also taking part in looking after our school grounds by clearing the fields of litter as part of our commitment to the environment and our community.
The Prefects also organised a series of stalls selling cakes, tombola, and a football challenge to raise further money for the air ambulance.
In total we raised £1629.66. Which is a fantastic achievement.
