Visit from Trustees and Imams from Masjid As-Salaam

At Manor Croft Academy, we were privileged to welcome Trustees and Imams from Masjid As-Salaam, Earlsheaton, who delivered inspiring talks to our Year 7 to 10 students. Their assembly focused on the vital role the masjid plays in the community, highlighting initiatives like the food bank, fundraising efforts, and volunteering opportunities. 

Their visit and assemblies aligned closely with our school value of Community, emphasising the importance of active participation in local projects and supporting those in need. 

Students were invited with an incentive to earn a pledge for their involvement, whether through helping with the monthly food bank, organizing a fundraiser, or contributing to community initiatives. We are proud to offer our students meaningful opportunities to make a real difference and to foster a spirit of service and responsibility within our school and beyond.
