Year 9 and Year 10 Rounders Tournament

On Wednesday afternoon the Year 9 and Year 10 Girls’ Rounders Teams competed in the annual Kirklees Rounders tournament. The girls enjoyed an afternoon of competitive but fun rounders in the sunshine!

Both teams got off to a slow start in their first game but soon picked up the pace and team spirit with the Y10 team achieving a notable win against Heckmondwike Grammar by a narrow ½ rounder!

Well done to all of the girls who took part, particularly Amelia L who played up from Y9 to Y10!
